摘　　要：目的:探讨杜仲雄花茶对高脂血症的预防保健作用。方法:将50只昆明小鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、高脂血症模型组、洛伐他汀对照组、杜仲雄花给药高剂量组和杜仲雄花给药低剂量组,按标准给药饲养30 d后,测定每组个体动物的胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果:与对照组比较,模型组动物血浆中的TC、TG、LDL-C升高,HDL-C降低。与模型组相比,杜仲雄花给药高剂量组的TC、TG、LDL-C明显降低,HDL-C明显升高。结论:杜仲雄花茶能在一定程度上预防高脂乳剂所引起的小鼠血脂升高。Objective： To explore the prevention and health protection of Eucommia ulmoides male flower on hyperlipemia.Methods： 50 mice were divided into 5 groups at random,the control group,hyperlipemia modle group,masc control group,high dose group and low dose group,and the contents of seum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） were determined after mice were fed it for 30 days.Results： Hyperlipemia modle group mice serum TC,TG,LDL-C stepped up and HDLC stepped down compared with that of the control group.And it was found that TC,TG,LDL C in high dose group decreased greatly while HDL C increased compared with that of model group.Conclusion： Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea has a certain prevention action on mice＇ blood-fat caused by high fat emul.
