妊娠期高血压疾病溶血磷脂酸及其受体的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨溶血磷脂酸(LPA)在妊娠期高血压疾病患者血液中的水平及其受体在胎盘组织的表达。方法:应用生化法检测60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者和20例正常晚期妊娠妇女血浆LPA水平,同时应用免疫组化技术检测60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者和20例正常妊娠妇女胎盘组织LPA受体Edg4和Edg7的表达,以初步探讨LPA与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病组血浆LPA水平明显高于正常晚期妊娠妇女组(P<0.05),且妊娠期高血压疾病不同组别血浆LPA水平相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。溶血磷脂酸受体蛋白Edg4、Edg7主要在胎盘绒毛滋养细胞及蜕膜细胞的细胞质和细胞膜上高表达,免疫组化染色呈浅黄或棕黄色。Edg4、Edg7在子痫前期组的表达显著高于正常晚期妊娠妇女组。结论:血浆LPA及其在胎盘组织中的溶血磷脂酸受体蛋白Edg4、Edg7可能参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生及发展,血浆LPA水平有望成为妊娠期高血压疾病预测、诊断、病情监测及预后判断的重要临床指标。Objective：To study the serum levels of lysophosphatidic acid（LPA）and the expressions of Edg4 and Edg7 in the placentas of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods：Sixty patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 20 normal pregnant women of later period were studied.Serum levels of LPA were measured by the method of biochemistry.Immunohistochemistry（SP method）was used to study the expressions of Edg4 and Edg7 in the placentas of 60 patients of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 20 normal pregnancy women.Results：Serum levels of LPA with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were significantly higher than those of the normal pregnancy women and had a positive correlation with the condition of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.The protein expressions of Edg4 and Edg7 in the placentas of patients with preeclampsia were also significantly higher than those of the normal pregnancy women.Conclusions：It is supposed that LPA and its special receptors Edg4,Edg7 participate in the process of genesis and development in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
