摘 要:复杂刀具加工工艺的手工编制方法严重影响工艺设计的效率和质量,针对企业实际情况开发复杂刀具的专门化交互式CAPP是提高工艺设计效率和质量的有效途径。研究开发了基于SolidWorks和VB的矩形花键拉刀专用CAPP系统,实现了计算机辅助工艺过程卡和工序卡的定制与设计,工艺数据库的构建与维护,工时定额、工序尺寸、毛坯尺寸的自动计算,经试用证明可有效地提高工艺设计效率和质量.保证了工艺的一致性。The manual programming method of complex cutting tool processing technology has seriously influenced the process design's efficiency and quality, in view of enterprise actual situation, developing the complex cutting tool's specialized interactive CAPP is an effective way to improve the efficiency of process design and quality. In this article, the author introduces their research result: having developed the dedicated CAPP system based on Solid Works and the VB rectangle spline broach, realized the customization and designing of the Computer Aided Process cards and process sheet, the construction and the maintenance of the craft database, automatic calculations of hour norm, process size, blank dimension. After the test, it is proved that this research resuh could effectively improve the technological design's efficiency and the quality and .guarantee the process uniformity.
