摘　　要：由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机是一次系统性的突发危机,冲击力度大,对广西上市公司形成强烈冲击。经过十几年的发展,广西上市公司取得了一定的成绩,但仍然存在上市步伐慢、优势产业不突出、布局不合理、总体业绩差、数量少、规模小等问题。科学发展观为发展广西上市公司提供了应对金融危机的理论武器,可利用上市公司组建大企业大集团,选准优势产业,培育一批具有竞争力的拟上市公司,突出区域优势,合理布局上市公司。The global financial crisis triggered by the U.S. sub-prime crisis is a systemic sudden crisis, which has large efforts and forms a strong blow to the listed companies in Guangxi. After more than ten years of development, listed companies in Guangxi has made some achievements. But there are still a number of issues, such as the slower pace of listing, the lack of prominent competitive industries, the irrational layout, the poor overall performance, the small number and the scale and so on. Scientific concept of development provides us with a response to the financial crisis. We shouht take use of the listed companies to form large enterprises and enterprise groups, to select the right competitive industries to foster a number of listed companies to be competitive, to highlight regional strengths and rationally distribute the listed companies.
