彩色室壁运动分析技术评价扩张型心肌病左室舒缩运动

摘　　要：目的：评价彩色室壁运动分析（ＣｏｌｏｒｋｉｎｅｓｉｓＣＫ）技术诊断扩张型心肌病（ＤＣＭ）左室舒缩运动的临床价值。材料和方法：应用ＣＫ技术观察２５例ＤＣＭ和３０例正常人的左室壁运动状况，测量左室舒张期和收缩期彩色位移幅度并进行对照分析。结果：ＤＣＭ收缩期和舒张期左室心内膜运动幅度普遍性降低，收缩期彩色位移为０４７±０１６ｃｍ，舒张期彩色位移为０５３±０１７ｃｍ，均明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０００１）。结论：ＤＣＭ左室舒缩功能均有损害。ＣＫ技术能够简便、准确地评价ＤＣＭ患者的左室舒缩功能。PURPOSE:Evaluating the clinical value of color kinesis (CK)technique for left ventricular wall motion in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).MATERIALS AND METHODS:CK technique was used to detect the left ventricular wall motion in 25 cases of DCM and 30 normal subjects.The color displacement in the systole and diastole were measured.RESULTS:The left ventricular endocardium motion in systole and diastole in DCM patients were generally decreased.The displacement in the systole was 0 47±0 16cm,the displacement in the diastole was 0 53±0 17cm.Both were significantly lower than the normal subjects(P<0 001).CONCLUSION:both the systolic and diastolic function in DCM patients were damaged. CK technique offers a simple reliable method for detecting the left ventricular function in DCM patients.
