摘 要:研究了负载在-αAl2O3陶瓷基片上的Sm/Cs/Zn(Y)催化剂的催化性能及抗硫性能,并用TG-DSC和XRD对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:Sm/Cs催化剂对碳烟具有较好氧化活性,最低起燃温度在305℃左右,最低峰值氧化温度约为374℃;Sm/Cs/Zn和Sm/Cs/Y催化剂也具有较好的催化活性,最低起燃温度分别在329℃和310℃左右,最低峰值氧化温度分别约为397℃和389℃。但Sm/Cs比Sm/Cs/Zn(Y)催化剂具有较好的抗硫性能。The Sm/Cs/Zn(Y) catalysts were loaded on a-A12 03 ceramic substrates, and their catalytic activity and sulfur-resistant capability were studied. The catalysts were characterized by TC-DSC and XRD, while their catalytic activities were tested by TPR. The results showed that the catalytic activity of the Sm/Cs catalyst performed well with the lowest ignition temperature of about 305℃ and the lowest peak temperature of about 374 ℃. The Sm/Cs/Zn and Sm/Cs/Y catalysts also showed a good catalytic activity of soot oxidation with the lowest ignition temperatures of about 329 ℃ and 310 ℃, and the lowest peak temperatures of about 397 ℃ and 389 ℃, respectively. However, the Sm/Cs catalyst had a better sulfur-resistant capability than the Sm/Cs/ Zn(Y) catalysts.
