摘 要:应用电化学测量技术,研究了等径转角挤压(ECAP)变形后的超硬铝合金AA7075在0.1 mol.L-1NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:同道次ECAP状态下,随着挤压温度的升高,AA7075的自腐蚀电位和点蚀电位负移,耐腐蚀性能降低;而在相同ECAP挤压温度下,随着挤压道次增加,AA7075的自腐蚀电位和点蚀电位正移,耐腐蚀性能提高。Electrochemical corrosion behavior of AA7075 deformed by equal channel angle pressing (ECAP) in 0. 1 mol·L^- NaCI solution was studied by using electromechanical techniques. The experimental results showed that self-corrosion potential and pitting potential of AA7075 deformed by the same ECAP pressing pass moved to nega- tive direction with pressing temperature increasing, whose corrosion resistance decreased. However, in the same ECAP pressing temperature, self-corrosion potential and pitting potential of AA7075 deformed by different ECAP moved to positive direction with pressing pass increasing, whose corrosion resistance increased.
