维护足踝功能位护理模式临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨有效维护骨伤患者足踝功能位、增加舒适度的护理模式。方法:将120例需维护足踝功能位骨伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用维护足踝功能位护理模式进行护理,对照组采用传统护理模式进行护理。观察两组患者足踝功能位保持程度及舒适度。结果:两组患者足踝功能位保持程度、舒适度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用维护足踝功能位护理模式,可有效地保持足踝功能位,提高患者舒适度。Objective ： To explore the effective nursing model to maintain the functional position of the injured ankle of the patients with bone injury and to increase the degree of comfort. Methods ： 120 patients who required the maintenance of the functional position of the injured ankle were randomly divided into observation and control groups （ 60 eases for each group ）. The nursing model to maintain the functional position of the injured ankle was applied in observation group and the traditional nursing model was used in control group. The level of the maintenance of the functional position of the injured ankle and the degree of comfort were observed. Results ： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the level of the maintenance and the degree of comfort of the patients （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The nursing model to maintain the functional position of the injured ankle can effectively keep the maintenance of the functional position of the injured ankle and improve patient＇s comfort.
