摘 要:目的:探讨ICU患者施行肠内营养支持的效果及护理方法。方法:将115例ICU患者随机分为实验组58例和对照组57例,实验组在常规药物治疗的基础上经鼻胃管用百普素行肠内营养支持,并给予完善、合理的护理;对照组给予常规药物治疗和护理。比较两组患者营养支持治疗前后营养状况指标、并发症发生情况及治疗结果。结果:实验组治疗后总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、氮平衡均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组吸入性肺炎和应激性溃疡的发生率、病死率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:合理、有效的肠内营养支持和护理能改善ICU患者的营养状况,对提高疗效、减少并发症和病死率有重要意义。Objective: To explore the effect of enteral nutrition support for the patients in ICU and nursing method. Methods: 115 patients in ICU were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 58 ) and control group (n = 57 ). The patients in experimental group were given Peptisorb as enteral nutrition support via nasogastric tube on the basis of conventional drug therapy and the patients in control group were given conventional medication and nursing care. The nutritional status indicators, incidence of complications and treatment outcome were compared between the two groups before and after the nutritional support. Results: The total protein, serum albumin, hemoglobin, nitrogen balance were superior in experimental group to those in control group after the treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the incidence of complications and fatality rate were lower in experimental group than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The reasonable and effective enteral nutrition support and nursing care are beneficial to the ICU patients in aspects of the improvement of nutrition status and the decrease of complications and fatality rate.
