手术访视册在胆囊切除术患者术前访视中的应用及效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术访视册在胆囊切除术患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法:将100例胆囊切除术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,实验组术前访视时采用手术访视册,按照手术访视册设计的项目向患者介绍手术相关知识;对照组不采用手术访视册,以传统的方法访视。观察两组相关生理指标的变化。结果:实验组与对照组在相关手术知识掌握情况、术前血压和心率、患者对访视工作满意度、SAS评分、SDS评分等方面比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:术前访视时应用手术访视册可降低胆囊切除术患者对手术的恐惧,确保手术顺利进行,提高医院服务质量和患者整体满意度。Objective ： To investigate the effectiveness of preoperative visit handbook applied to the patients who would have cholecystectomy before surgery. Methods： 100 patients who would undergo cholecystectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control groups （50 cases for each group ）. The preoperative visit handbook was applied in experimental group, and the relevant knowledge about the surgery was introduced to the patients according to the designed items in the preoperative visit handbook and the traditional visiting method was followed in control group. The changes of physiological indices were observed in both groups. Results ： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of a grasp of relevant knowledge about the surgery, preoperative blood pressure and heart rate, patient＇s satisfaction with preoperative visit, SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion ： The preoperative visit following the handbook can reduce the patient＇s fear of surgery, ensure the smooth performance of the surgery and improve the overall hospital service quality and patient satisfaction.
