摘 要:煤焦在O2/CO2气氛下燃烧是一项非常有前景的洁净煤技术,其燃烧特性和动力学研究是该技术工程应用的基础。采用程序升温热重法对3种煤焦(六盘水褐煤、准格尔烟煤和秦皇岛无烟煤)在不同O2/CO2(分别为21/79、25/75、30/70、35/65)下的燃烧过程进行了试验研究,分析了氧的体积分数变化对煤焦燃烧特性的影响,同时应用经典动力学和时间效应分形动力学分别对煤焦的燃烧进行了分析。结果表明:随着氧浓度的增加,3种煤焦着火温度和燃尽温度都降低,燃烧时间缩短,无烟煤焦燃尽特性指数增大,采用经典动力学和时间效应动力学分析得到的煤焦的表观活化能都略有降低,同时前者处理结果略高于后者。Coal char combustion under the O2/CO2 atmosphere is considered as a clean coal technology with promising prospect,and the research on its combustion characteristics and dynamics constitutes the foundation of project application.In this paper,the thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA) method was used to conduct experimental study of the combustion characteristics of three coal chars(Liupanshui lignite,Zhungeer bituminous,and Qinhuangdao anthracite) under different oxygen volume contents(21%,25%,30%,and 35%),and the effect of oxygen volume fraction on coal-char combustion was analyzed. Meanwhile, the classical dynamics and the time effect fractal dynamics were adopted respectively to analyze the coal char combustion. The results showed that the higher oxygen content leads to lower ignition and burnout temperature, shorter combustion time, and increased char burnout index. What's more, the activation energy indices obtained through classical dynamics and time effect dynamics analysis respectively were both reduced, however, the former is smaller than the latter.
