摘  要:目的研究新型聚醚醚酮复合材料(PEEK-HA-CF)的力学特性和在体外对成骨细胞增殖能力的影响。方法利用万能材料实验机测试复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能;将新生鼠颅盖骨分离培养的成骨细胞接种于复合材料上,以广泛应用于临床的PEEK-CF作为对照组,用CCK-8测定成骨细胞的增殖率;扫描电镜观察成骨细胞的形态。结果PEEK复合材料的力学性能与人体骨的力学性能相匹配,并具有良好的生物活性。结论PEEK复合材料可能成为一种理想的移植替代材料。[ Objective ] To investigatE mechanical properties of novel PEEK-HA-CF composite materials and its effect on osteoblast cell proliferation in vitro. [Methods] The tensile and lqexural test of PEEK composites were performed by using universal testing machine. Neonatal rat osteoblast cells were seeded onto PEEK-HA-CF composite materials blocks to evaluate cell proliferation after 3, 5 and 7 day of cultivation by employing the CCK-8 assay. PEEK-CF composite material was used as a control. Osteoblast morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). [ Result ] PEEK-HA-CF composite materials match with the load-beating human bone in the mechanical properties and have favorable bioactivity. [ Conclusion ] PEEK-HA-CF composite may be an ideal bone-repairing materials
