改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术联合鼻部手术治疗OSAHS 87例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术联合鼻腔手术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的疗效。方法87例患者术前均行多导睡眠呼吸监测(polysomonography,PSG)确诊,分期行鼻部手术和改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术,术后随访1年,PSG复查。结果随访1年进行结果分析:治愈18例(20.69%);显效50例(57.47%);有效19例(21.84%);患者主观症状明显改善100%。结论改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术联合鼻腔手术治疗OSAHS疗效良好。[Objective ] To research the curative effect of OSAHS treated by reforming Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty combining nasal part operation. [Method] Before operation final diagnosis of 84 cases were made by polysomonography, nasal part operation and reforming Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty were made by stages and followed up one year after operation and polysomonography were made again. [ Results ] Effect analysis were carried out after followed up one year, 18 eases were healing well （20.69%）; 50 cases were excellence （57.47%）; 19 cases were utility （21.84%）; the subjective symptom of 87 cases was obviously ameliorated （100%）. [ Conclusion ] It is well that the effect of OSAHS treated by reforming Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty combining nasal part operation.
