摘　　要：【论坛开幕式】 谭向勇北京工商大学校长、教授 在此辞旧迎新之际，多位领导、专家以及企业界的精英聚集一堂研究批发业的发展，这确实是商业领域和流通领域的一大盛事。批发业是流通领域里的重要组成部分，由于批发业连接着生产和零售的终端，因此它的发展变革不仅影响流通领域的发展，而且对整个产业链条的发展非常重要。Currently,China's retail industry is flourishing whereas the wholesale industry is still stagnant with the reform.The wholesale industry includes a complete range of commodities,but is developing unevenly.Relevant laws and regulations are also lagging far behind.How can the wholesale market be improved? What should the new wholesale system be like? How can we get hold of the development trends and provide a good environment for the wholesale market? At the Wholesale Market Forum 2009,experts give their opinions on problems concerned,such as the basic idea of the construction of the wholesale market,the unavoidable problems in the wholesale market's future development,the possible development trends of traditional commodity wholesale market,the transformation of the vendors towards companies,the push of the market's efforts towards public welfare,and the standardization of electronic market for bulk commodities.Director of Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce Lu Yan and President of Beijing Technology and Business University Tan Xiangyong unveil the plaque paying tribute to Beijing Wholesale Research Base.
