摘 要:采用图象分析系统(TextureAnalysisSystemTAS)研究了黄芪对巨噬细胞形态及吞噬功能的影响,并测定了巨噬细胞内醋酸α-萘酚酯酶(ANAE)、酸性磷酸酶(Acpase)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)糖原及粘多糖(PAS)4种物质相对含量,结果表明黄芪能使巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强,指数增高,能提高巨噬细胞内4种物质含量,说明黄芪能增加整体细胞活力和膜功能,加强细胞内细胞器的糖代谢,加快糖原贮存与合成。Effect of astragalus membranteus of macrophage and morphology and phagocytosis was studied with Texture Analysis System (TAS). The relative content has been determined in four types substance of is Acetate naphthol estase (ANAE), acid phosphatase (Acpase), Adenosine Triphosphotase (ATPase), Glycogen and mucin (PAS) in macrophage. The result showed that the medicine could enhance phagocytosis of macrophage and inceased index phagocytose, also could raise the relative content of ANAE、Acpase、ATPase、PAS in cell macrophage. It is proved to increase phagocytose activity and membrane function in macrophage, quicken the glycogen storage and Synthetical, enhance treatment of phagocyte on antigen and regulate immunity effect.
