摘　　要：采用双波长薄层扫描法测定双柏膏中大黄素的含量，标准曲线范围为０．６～４．８μｇ，γ＝０．９９６８，大黄素平均加样回收率为１０１．５％（ＲＳＤ＝１．７４％，ｎ＝５），此法简单，快速，准确。Dual wavelength TLC scanning method was used to determine the contents of emodin in Shuangbai Ointment. Linearity range of the standard curve changed among 0.6～4.8μg, γ=0.9968, average recovery of emodin is 101.5% (RSD= 1.74% n=5). The method is simple, rapid, accurate, with good reappearance.
