摘  要:目的探讨读点前移在拜耳ADVIA 1650全自动生化分析仪上检测临床高浓度样本的分析性能。方法分别用ADVIA1650全自动生化分析仪读点前移模式和仪器自动稀释模式检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、尿素(Urea)和肌酐(Cr)的高浓度样本,并将两者所得结果进行比较。结果ALT、Urea及Cr的高浓度样本应用读点前移得到的分析结果和仪器自动稀释样本得到的结果具有良好的相关性,2种检测模式间差异无统计学意义(ALT:r=1.000 0,P>0.05;Urea:r=0.999 7,P>0.05;Cr:r=1.000 0,P>0.05)。结论读点前移扩大了酶化学分析的范围,保证结果的精确、快速,在临床上有应用价值。Objective To investigate the analysis capability of high concentration sample determination by Bayor ADVIA 1650 auto biochemical analyzer with point forwarding mode. Methods The high concentration samples of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , urea and ereatinine(Cr) were determined by ADVIA 1650 auto biochemical analyzer with point forwarding mode and auto-dilution mode and the results were compared with each other. Results The results of high concentrations of ALT, urea and Cr determination by point forwarding mode and auto-dilution mode had significant correlation. There was no significant difference between two modes ( ALT: r = 1. 000 0, P 〉 0.05 ; urea : r = 0. 999 7,P 〉 0.05 ;Cr:r = 1. 000 0,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The point forwarding mode could expand the scope of enzyme chemical analysis and ensure that the result is precise and rapid. It has clinical application value.
