摘　　要：本文对金属换向器与碳换向器进行了对比，对当前碳换向器的结构进行了对比分析。并设计了新型碳换向器的结构，加工工艺性好、成本低廉、工作性能稳定。In this paper, metal commutator and carbon commutator were compared, and carried on the contrastive analysis to the current structure of the carbon commutator, finally, designed a new type of carbon commutator structure, processing technology is good, low cost and stable performance.
