摘　　要：构建了物流公共信息平台治理机制、治理能力和治理绩效的关系模型,并利用结构方程对模型进行了检验。结果表明:正式契约通过影响协调能力和创造知识能力来影响平台的治理能力,而对整合能力无直接影响;非正式关系与治理能力的三个维度有正相关关系;治理能力的三个维度与治理绩效有正相关关系。This paper sets up the model of relationship among governance mechanism, governance capability and governance performance in logistics public information platform, and examined the model with structure equation modeling. The results show that formal contract, which has no influence on integration capability, does directly impact on coordination capability and integrate capability. There are positive correlations between the informal relationship and the three dimensions of governance capability. There are positive correlations between the three dimensions of governance capability and governance performance.
