摘　　要：锌α2糖蛋白(ZAG)是近几年被确认的一种新型脂质动员因子,它能够促进脂肪分解,增加产热和脂肪酸氧化利用,降低体质量和脂肪含量。ZAG促进脂肪分解的作用是通过激活细胞膜上的β3肾上腺素受体和细胞内的cAMP信号转导途径完成的。同时,ZAG能够调控脂肪生成和分解关键酶类的表达,并能促进脂联素、抑制瘦素等的表达。ZAG在体质量和脂代谢中的重要作用提示,其可能成为治疗肥胖症的新靶点。Zinc-alpha 2-glycoprotein was identified as a new lipid-mobilizing factor which can promote lipodieresis, increase heat production and fatty acid oxidation, lower the fat content and body weight. The lipolytic effect of ZAG has been attributed to activation of β3 adrenergic receptors and upregualtion of cAMP. Meanwhile, the action of ZAG was associated with downregulated lipogenic enzymes and upregulated lipolytie enzyme expression in adipose tissue,ZAG can promote the expression of adiponcetin and inhibit the expression of leptin. These results suggested that ZAG may be a new target in the treatment of obesity.
