摘　　要：目的探讨应用宫腔镜联合腹部B超处理难取的宫内节育器的临床价值。方法选择常规方法取器失败1～3次的病例78例,在宫腔镜联合腹部B超监测下取器,观察疗效及并发症。结果所有患者一次性取器成功,成功率100%,无并发症。结论宫腔镜下联合腹部B超监测处理难取宫内节育器的方法是成功的。Objective To analyze the clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with abdominal B - uhrasound for the intrauterine devices that were difficult to be removed in routine method. Methods 78 cases, whose intrauterine devices were failed to be removed in routine method for 1 to 3 times, were treated with hysteroscopy combined with abdominal B - uhrasound, then the effects and complications were observed. Results All intrauterine devices were removed successfully with hysteroscopy combined with abdominal B - ultrasound, with no complication. Conclusion Combining with hysteroscopy and abdominal B - ultrasound to treat the intrauterine devices that were difficult to be removed is a successful method.
