肾上腺髓质素(13-52)对Wistar大鼠ISO坏死心肌逆转效应的研究

摘　　要：目的观察AM(13-52)对Wistar大鼠ISO坏死心肌的逆转效应。方法将48只250～300g雄性健康Wistar大鼠分为对照组、ISOP心肌坏死组、ISOP+AM组和ISOP+AM+L-NNA组,分别观察其心肌坏死的病理形态等级变化。结果与ISOP组比较,ISOP+AM组Ⅰ、Ⅱ级心肌坏死分别为66.66%(P<0.01)、33.33%(P<0.01);与ISOP+AM组比较,ISOP+AM+L-NNA组可以明显逆转ISOP+AM组的上述效应(P<0.01)。结论AM可以直接逆转Wistar大鼠ISO坏死心肌,显示对损伤坏死的心肌有重要的保护作用。Objective To observe the role of ,AM （ 13-52 ） in reversing effect of myocarclial necrosis in Wistar rats. Methods To take 48 Wistar rats ,the weight was 250 - 300g,devided into control , ISOP myocarclial necrosis,lSOP ＋ AM and ISOP ＋ AM ＋ L-NNA four groups. Respectively to observe theirs pathological morphology in degree variations. Results As compared with control group, Ⅰ level, Ⅱ level myoearclial necrosis respectively register as 66.66% （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ,33.33 % （ P 〈 0.01 ） in ISOP ＋ AM group. As compared with ISOP ＋ AM group, the above mentioned effects may be obviously. reversed in ISOP ＋ AM ＋ L-NNA group（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion AM may directly plays an important role in reversing myoearelial necrosis caused by ISOP in Wistar Rats,it showed important protective effects to injurious and necrotic cardiac muscle.
