摘　　要：目的探究在新时期如何培养和造就一支综合素质高的档案人员队伍,以适应医院档案工作形势、应对挑战。方法总结笔者长期的医院档案工作经验及访谈调查法。结果随着经济的快速发展和社会的不断进步,医院档案工作面临新的挑战和机遇,这就对医院的档案工作人员的综合素质提出了更高要求,加强档案工作者的综合素质是实现档案管理现代化的必然选择。结论在医院档案管理现代化的新形势下,创新是解决档察人员综合素质问题的可行方案,同时要求医院管理者落实创新、坚持创新、引导创新,不断提升档案人员的综合素质。Objective To explore in the new era, how to train and bring up a number of comprehensive high - quality file personnel, to meet the challenges of the inevitable choice. Methods To summarize a long - term experience in hospital records and interviews survey method. Results With the rapid economic development and social progress, the hospital archives were faced with new challenges and opportunities for hospital staff in the overall quality of the file and set higher requirements to enhance the overall quality of archivists to achieve records management the modernization of the inevitable choice. Conclusion Under the new situation of the modernization of records management in the hospital, innovation is the key to the overall quality of personnel files, also hospital administrators should implement innovation, and persist in innovation, guide innovation, and continuously upgrade the overall quality of personnel files.
