摘　　要：死刑执行程序作为死刑案件的最后一道程序,对死刑的适用起到最后的把关作用,在实现"少杀、慎杀、慎用死刑"的刑事政策中具有不可取代的重要作用。深入研究死刑执行程序的理论基础,为死刑执行程序的完善提供了理论支撑,在当前刑事诉讼法修改的大背景下,意义重大而深远。The death penahy execution procedure is the final section of death penalty cases, which is key process weighing whether it is the justice decision with the principle of caution. A further research on the theoretical foundation for death penalty can offer a theoretical support, which is of great significance to criminal law amendment.
