清醒脑外伤醛固酮系统变化及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨清醒脑外伤病人的醛固酮系统变化及对临床护理的指导意义。方法：用放射免疫法检测30例清醒脑外伤病人受伤24h内外周血肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮系统（RAAS）。结果：发现肾素（Renin）、血管紧张素Ⅰ（AT－Ⅰ）、血管紧张素Ⅱ（AT－Ⅱ）、醛固酮（AID）值显著下降，通过分级心理护理辅助治疗，在第7天再次检测时虽也呈显著下降，但同第一天比较，除AT－Ⅱ外，其余均有所上升，趋向于生理平衡。结论：对清醒脑外伤病人RAAS的检测结果，分成三级作为分级护理的参数．应用于临床，对生理心理的康复有积极的指导意义。Explore sober brain injuries patients of aldosterone system Variation and significance to Clinic nursing.Method:30 samples of peripheral blood in 24hrs from clear brain injuries cases were detected by radioimmunoassay method to test change of renin, angiotensis and aldosterone.Renin, angiotensin Ⅰ. Ⅱ and aldosterone value remarkable reduce. Renin,angiotensin Ⅰ,and aldosterone gradually increase at 7th days except angiotensin Ⅱafter psychological nursing with different classify and almost to near normal physiological epuilibrium. Conclusion: Nursing by different levels of Parameter to clinic and recoverd of physiological, psychological was very important direct significance.
