不同温度的灌洗液对前列腺气化电切术产生并发症的原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同温度的灌洗液对前列腺气化电切术中、术后产生并发症的原因的分析。方法将75例前列腺气化切术患者随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5组,各15例,术中、术后均予持续膀胱冲洗,冲洗液温度分别为A组:20℃～23℃、B组:24℃～27℃、C组:28℃～31℃、D组:32℃～35℃、E组:36℃～38℃。观察比较各组的术中的体温变化,并发症的发生率,手术时间及术后血红蛋白浓度,冲洗前后血压和心率的变化。结果随着冲洗液温度的上升,低体温发生率逐渐下降。32℃～35℃组并发症的发生率最低,术后血红蛋白下降率及血压心率变化低于其他组,手术时间也短于其他组。结论前列腺气化电切术中、术后选择应用32℃～35℃的灌洗液,产生并发症少,手术治愈率高,住院天数短。Objective To analyze the complication of different temperature of irrigation fluid on transurethral eletro-vaporization prostatectomy.Methods 75 patients underwent transurethral eletro-vaporization prostatectomy were divided into 5 groups（A,B,C,D and E）.The temperature range of irriga-tion fluid were respectively group A：20～23℃;group B：24～27℃;group C：28～31℃;group D：32～35 ℃ and group E：36～38℃.The changes of temperature,complication,blood pressure,hart rate and op-eration time were observed.Results Rise with the temperature,the complications was decreased and the range of 32～35℃was obviously than those of the other groups.Conclusions The using temperature of 32～35℃irrigation fluid can reducing occure of complication of transurethral eletro-vaporization prostatectomy.
