摘  要:基于UG操作平台,研究了齿轮参数化建模的通用方法,提出了齿轮啮合时虚拟装配的方法。通过UG与ADAMS的数据交换接口,把齿轮的几何数据导入ADAMS中,建立了齿轮传动系统的动力学模型。通过仿真计算,验证了齿轮参数化建模及传动系统建模过程的合理性。Based on UG, the common method of 3D parameterized model of Straight tooth column gear was studied. The method of virtual assembly with gear mesh was introduced. By the data exchange interface of UG and ADAMS, geometry data of the precise model of helical gear was transferred into ADAMS, and the dynamic simulation model of gear transmission system was made. Simulation calculation results showed that the parametric three-dimensional modehng of the gear structure and the model process of gear transmission system were justified to be valid.
