摘 要:针对WY16型液压反铲挖掘机,建立其工作装置的简化受力模型,找出其在复合挖掘工况下出现的最大复合挖掘力及其位置,求出各铰点的受力和油缸工作压力。建立简化后斗杆的有限元模型,并利用ABAQUS软件的静力分析模块对其进行有限元强度分析,得出其应力和变形云图以校核其强度,从有限元分析的结果来看,其静强度能够满足要求。It is discussed around the type of 16WY hydraulic hoe excavator, and stress simplify model of the equipment is built and the maximum compound digging force and its position, as well as the work pressure of cylider and the force at each pivot are found out in the compound digging condition furtherly, the simplified armmodel is built, and hardness anlysis is made with ABAQUS software, from which, the cloud atlas of stress and defom is obtained so that the hardness can be checked. As the result showing, the static intensity of the arm is enough.
