摘  要:高速切削现象与普通切削不同,实验表明,在高速切削条件下,当切削速度在180~314 m/min,铣削深度不超过0.5 mm时,进给速度在较大范围内变动,对铣削质量影响不大,影响铣削质量的主因是切削速度和吃刀深度,加工试件的表面粗糙度值随切削速度的增大而变小,随吃刀深度增大而增大。The phenomenon of high-speed cutting is different from ordinary cutting. The experimental study show the difference between the high-speed milling cutting and the ordinary milling cutting, when cutting speed is in scope of 180-314m/min, and milling depth no more than 0.5mm, the feed speed's change in a wide range has little effect on quality of milling cutting, but the cutting speed and cutting depth have large effect on quality of milling cutting, the values of surface roughness will reduces when cutting speed increases, the values of surface roughness will increase when cutting depth increases.
