摘  要:分析了机床数控化改造的现状,在CA6140车床数控化改造中引入了电主轴,电机的转子直接驱动车床主轴工作,将横向滚珠丝杆设置在导轨中部,加宽了床面,加大了床身导轨跨距,提高了主轴的运转平稳和车床的加工精度。同时增加了机床的刚性,减小了振动和噪音。该技术简便易行,工期短,具有明显了技术和经济效益。The present situation of numerical-control reformation was analyzed, the electric spindle was introduced in numerical-control reformation of CA6140. Shaft of the lathe was driven directly by rotor of the motor, transverse ball screw was set in middle of guide way and widened surface of the bed, increased guide way span for the bed, improved smooth operation for the shaft and machining accuracy for the lathe. At the same time, added machine rigidity, and reduced the vibration and noise. This technique is very easy to be used, short completion period and has the obvious technical and economic benefits.
