摘　　要：通过分析换向器与碳刷之间产生火花的原因,分别介绍了换向器及电刷的维护方法,并对换向器的车削方法和测试标准进行了介绍,消除了隐患,并减少故障发生率,保证设备的正常运行。Pass the cause analysing a commutator and sparking between the carbon brush,method having introduced the commutator and the brush upkeep respectively,and the turning method to the commutator introduces that with testing a standard having been in progress,have removed hidden trouble, and cut down malfunction occurrence rate, ensure that the equipment regularity works.
