带式输送机在盾构物料输送系统中的故障分析

摘　　要：对带式输送机在地铁中应用出现的问题进行分析,针对各种问题提出了解决方案,事实证明在盾构推进中很好地解决了由于物料的黏稠度过高而引起的带式输送带机系统的堵料、溢料及过载、跑偏问题,在解决方案中也提出了一种新型高压水清扫装置,对带式输送机在地铁中的应用具有现实的指导意义。The malfunctions of belt conveyor in subway is analysed, solve methods of all of the problems are put forward, the facts proved that in the proceed of the program it can solve perfectly a series of problems of belt conveyor which is stopping materiel being convcyedi the overflow; over loading and deviating form the normal running direction, at the same time it involved a new type of clearing equipment with the water of high pressure, all of the methods have guide meaning in belt conveyor which is applied in subway.
