摘  要:介绍了矿用防坠器的主要工作原理,分析了制动绳式防坠器缓冲装置制动阻力难以精确计算,结构动作不够灵活的原因。针对以上问题,端面摩擦式防坠器缓冲装置利用摩擦片调整制动力,其制动性能稳定可靠,能重复使用,维修量小,为矿井安全提升提供了有力的技术支撑。The principle of parachute gear in hoist is introduced. For the bumper of rope parachute gear, the brake force is hard to calculate exactly and the action is not flexible enough, the reasons of which are analyzed additionally. According these problems, the face-friction bumper is developed and its brake force is adjusted by friction brake. The face-friction bumper can brake reliably and operate repeatedly, which needs little maintenance and becomes a powerful support to the safety of mine hoist.
