摘 要:目的:探讨细菌性阴道病联合测定技术在阴道感染诊断中的应用价值。方法:对6 981例患者的阴道分泌物做阴道病联合检测技术测定并同时做阴道分泌物常规检查。结果:6 981例患者阴道分泌物阴道病联合检测技术检测异常者4 326例,其中细菌性阴道病(BV)为791例,阳性率11.33%;霉菌性阴道炎为1 140例,阳性率为16.33%;滴虫性阴道炎208例,阳性率2.98%。结论:阴道病联合检测技术测定操作简单、快速、准确,可辅助诊断阴道感染性疾病,还可提示阴道菌群的变化,与白带常规检测结合有互补作用。Objective: To explore the application value of bacterial vaginosis detection technology in diagnosis of vaginal infection. Methods: Vaginal secretions of 6 981 cases were detected by combined detection technology of bacterial vaginosis, and routine examination of vaginal secretions was conducted. Results: 4 326 cases were diagnosed among 6 981 cases, including 791 cases of bacterial vaginosis ( 11.33% ), 1 140 cases of mycotic vaginitis ( 16. 33% ), 208 cases of trichomonas vaginitis (2. 98% ) . Conclusion: Combined detection technology of bacterial vaginosis is simple, quick and accurate, which can diagnose vaginal infection, indicate changes of vaginal pathogenic bacteria and play a complementary effect combined with leukorrhea routine examination.
