摘  要:为了解72%苯磺隆对冬小麦生长发育安全性的影响,以晋农190为材料,研究了拔节前后喷施不同浓度苯磺隆对冬小麦倒二叶膜脂质过氧化的主要产物丙二醛(MDA)含量及保护酶SOD和POD活性的影响。结果表明:拔节前、后处理,苯磺隆浓度与丙二醛含量均呈极显著相关,说明二者作为作物耐药性的生化指标可行,而SOD对拔节前苯磺隆浓度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势;拔节前处理相对于拔节后处理各生育时期MDA含量较低,而POD,SOD活性却正好相反,拔节前喷施24.00~48.00g/hm2苯磺隆对冬小麦生长发育安全,随着浓度的增加对冬小麦的药害程度加重。To understand the effects of tribenuron 72%, which was applied before and 'after joining stage, to safety of winter wheat growth and development, MDA content, protective enzymes SOD and POD activity of winter wheat (Jinnong 190) leaves were studied. The results showed that before and after the jointing stage treatment, ethyl benzene concentration and MDA content were significantly correlated which suggested that both of them could be used as biochemical indicators; while the SOD right before jointing the concentration of ethyl benzene showed increase first and decrease later; jointing stage pre-treatment compared to post-treatmrnt, MDA content were lower in each growth stage; while the POD enzyme and SOD activity had the opposite effect. The spraying of 24 to 48 g/hm2 Tribenuron-methvl before joining was safe to winter wheat growth and development and the degree of injury increased with the increase of concerntration.
