摘　　要：21世纪是海洋的世纪。海洋经济是否能得到持续发展,不仅关系到沿海经济发展水平是否提高,还关系到国民经济是否又好又快发展。长期以来,我国在开发海洋资源、能源方面取得了巨大成就,在一定程度上解决了我国发展过程中的难题。同时,在开发海洋经济中也遇到不少问题,通过研究我国海洋经济在国民经济中的重要性以及我国开发海洋经济的现状,最后提出了一些有益的建议,希望能对海洋经济的开发具有一定的指导意义。The 21st century is the century of ocean. Whether the marine economy can get sustainable development, not only related to the increased level of economic development along the coast, but also related to the sound and fast development of the national economy. For a long time, China has made great achievements in the development of marine resources and energy,which successfully solved the problems happened in our country＇s development process. At the mean time, we also encountered difficulties in the development of China＇ s marine economy. Through research of the importance of China marine economic to the national economy, as well as present situation of China＇ s marine economy useful suggestions were made to be helpful for the development of marine economy.
