摘 要:目的:明确距状沟在矢状断层MRI的形态规律,为横断层距状沟的识别提供参照。方法:30名健康成人志愿者头颅7 mm层间距矢状位T1MRI数据,在eFilm 1.5工作站内,基于典型形态、辅于连续结构追踪法和"3D-Cursor"技术3种方法对距状沟进行识别并分型;并与60侧尸脑内侧面距状沟后段分型结果相结合。结果:矢状断层MRI距状沟的位置、形态具有稳定性,旁正中矢状面距状沟可以分为弧型21.67%、单峰型40.00%、双峰型31.67%及三峰型6.67%共4种类型。结论:综合应用上述3种方法,能够准确客观地识别矢状断层MRI的距状沟,并可为横断层影像距状沟的识别提供准确参照。Objective:To identify the morphous feature of calcarine sulcus(CS)on sagittal MRI planes and to provide reference for identifying CS on transverse MRI planes.Methods:The data of 30 healthy adult sagittal-sectional MRI was imported into efilm workstation in the form of Dicom 3.0.Typical morphous,continuous tracing and 3D-Cursor were employed for the identification,and the posterior segments of CS on median planes of 60 corpse brains were classified for comparison.Results:The morphous and localization of the CS were stable;the CS on lateral median saggital planes could be classified as comma,unimodal,double-hump and three-hump.Conclusions:The CS can be identified accurately by typical morphous,continuous tracing and 3D-Cursor,which will help to identify CS on transverse MRI planes.
