套式PCR联合检测儿科疾病中肺炎支原体和生殖支原体的临床研究

摘　　要：为了探讨肺炎支原体（Ｍｐｎ）和生殖支原体（Ｍｇ）在儿科呼吸道感染疾病中的感染情况，本研究采用套式ＰＣＲ联合检测儿科呼吸道患儿咽拭子标本中ＭｐｎＤＮＡ和ＭｇＤＮＡ。结果：上呼吸道感染、支气管炎、肺炎、支气管哮喘患儿咽拭子标本中均检出ＭｐｎＤＮＡ和ＭｇＤＮＡ，阳性率分别在２１．９－４０．８％和２１．７－３１．３％。混合感染占总阳性率的１０．０－２８．５％。结论：在儿科呼吸道感染疾病中Ｍｐｎ和Ｍｇ感染率较高，并且存在混合感染。Objective:To investigate the effect of Ureaplasme urealyticum(Uu) infection on premature rupture of membrane (PROM). Methods :We detected Uu in the throat aspirates,placenta tissue and umbilical cord venous serum of newborns in 30 cases of PROM and 22 cases of Non PROM by PCR. Results:The Uu infection rate in throat aspirates in PROM group was 36 67%,which was significantly higher than that in Non PROM group (9 09%)(P<0 05).There are no defference between PROM group and Non PROM in that of placenta tissue and umbilical cord venous serum.The meam interval between membrane rupture and delivery(IMRD)in the cased of Uu + aspirates was 45.08 hour,which was significantly longer than that of Uu (2834 hour)in PROM group.There was no difference in that of venous serum and placenta in PROM group. Conclusions:Un infection in amniotic fluid can induce PROM.
