摘 要:以城市污泥和电厂灰渣为主要原料,少量助熔成孔剂为辅助料,制备力学性能和透水性能良好的生态透水烧结砖。通过对不同配比制品的性能研究,确定了原料的最佳配比及合理的工艺方法。试验结果表明,城市污泥30%左右,电厂灰渣53%~54%,助熔成孔剂(C)16%~17%,在1050~1080℃焙烧,可制得抗压强度大于30 MPa、透水系数大于0.01 cm/s的生态透水烧结砖,可广泛用于人行道、广场、停车场、公园、住宅区等。Eco -permeable sintered brick with excellent water performance and mechanical property was made by using municipal sludge and slag in power plant as main raw materials and small amount of pore-forming agent as accessory material. By performance test of products with different mixing ratio,the optimum mix proportion of the raw materials and rational process were determined. The results show that when -30% of municipal sludge,53%-54% of slag in power plant and 16%-17% of pore- forming agent(C) are sintered under 1050-1080 ℃, eeo-permeable sintered brick with compressive strength more than 30 MPa and water coefficient greater than 0.01 cm/s will be obtained,which are widely used in sidewalks,squares,parking lots,parks,residential areas and so on.
