摘 要:以双子表面活性剂[磺酸盐型双子表面活性剂(GS)、磺酸型双子表面活性剂(GSA)]、单子表面活性剂[十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)]作为乳化剂,采用透射电镜(TEM)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法重点研究了GS对苯乙烯(St)乳液聚合反应、聚苯乙烯(PS)乳胶粒子的形状、尺寸大小及其分布等影响。结果表明:当m(St)∶m(GS)=5:1、乳液聚合温度为80℃时,PS乳胶粒子的平均粒径为27.92 nm,粒径分布系数为0.154;与传统单子表面活性剂相比,以双子表面活性剂为乳化剂时,所得PS乳液的粒子尺寸更小、尺寸分布更窄以及相对分子质量更高,并且乳液中出现了异形乳胶粒子。Abstract:With gemini surfactants[namely sulfonate type (GS) and sulfonic acid type (GSA)] and conventional surfactants[namely sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and sodium lauryl benzenesulfate (SDBS)] as emulsifier,the influences of GS on emulsion polymerization, shape of emulsion particles, size and size distribution for styrene (St) were mainly investigated by TEM,GPC and other methods. The results showed that the average particle diameter was 27.92 nm, distribution coefficient of particle diameter was 0.154 for PS (polystyrene) emulsion particles when mass ratio of St to GS was 5:1 ,emulsion polymerization temperature was 80℃. Compared gemini surfactant with conventional surfactant, the PS emulsion with gemini surfactant as emulsifier had smaller particle size,narrower size distribution and higher molecular weight, and the heteromorphism emulsion particles were appear in emulsion.
