摘  要:以HTPB(端羟基聚丁二烯)、IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)和自制的NH2-PDMS(氨基聚硅氧烷)为主要原料制取NH2-PDMS改性PU(聚氨酯)预聚体;然后以MOCA(3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二苯基甲烷二胺)和硅氧烷偶联剂(DB-550)为交联固化剂,在湿态条件下交联固化,制取硅氧烷封端的HTPB型NH2-PDMS改性PU。结果表明:当R=2.5、w(NH2-PDMS)=12%和n(MOCA)∶n(DB-550)=9∶1时,采用预聚法合成的改性PU,其力学性能优异、吸水率较低以及耐老化性能较好。With HTPB (hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene),IPDI (isophorone diisocyanate) and self-made NH2-PDMS (amino-terminated polysiloxane) as main materials, so a polyurethane (PU) prepolymer modified by NH2-PDMS was prepared. Then with MOCA and silicane coupler(DB-550) as cross linker and curing agent,so a HTPB/PU terminated and modified by NH2-PDMS were synthesized by curing and crosslinker in humid condition. The results showed that the modified PU had excellent mechanics performance,lower water absorption and better aging resistant when R value was 2.5 ,mass fraction of NH2-PDMS was 12% ,molar ratio of MOCA to DB-550 was 9:1 and synthetical method was prepolymer method.
