外切缝合加套扎术治疗环状嵌顿痔疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察外切缝合加套扎术治疗环状嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法将81例环状嵌顿痔患者随机分为外切缝合加套扎术组(研究组)与外剥内扎术组(对照组)。分别观察两组临床疗效,术后并发症及疗程。结果研究组治愈率为95.6%,对照组治愈率为72.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);术后并发症及疗程方面,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论外切缝合加套扎术治疗环状嵌顿痔疗效确切,安全可靠,能减少术后并发症及缩短住院时间。Objective To observe the effect of External Excision and Suturation Combined with Automatic Ligation of Hemorrhoids in the treatment of Annular Incarcerated Hemorrhoid, Methods 81 cases of Annular Incarcerated Hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 45 cases were treated with External Excision and Suturation Combined with Automatic Ligation of Hemorrhoids, while the control group with 36 cases were given routine stripping ligation suture. To observe the curative effects, postoperative complications and the length of hospital stay of each group. Results The efficient of the experimental group was 95.6%, and 72. 2% of the control group, with a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ） ; and the postoperative complications and length of hospital stay were obvious （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion External Excision and Suturation Combined with Automatic Ligation of Hemorrhoids in treating patients with Annular Incarcerated Hemorrhoid is safe, and has obvious advantages in reducing the postoperative complications and length of hospital stay.
