柔膜密封干式罐活塞围栏水平和T围栏偏移调整

摘　　要：某5×104m3柔膜密封干式储气罐由于其活塞自动调平装置的钢丝绳张力不均匀,活塞围栏平台的水平度偏差过大,当活塞上升或下降时,活塞围栏平台与T围栏不能均匀接触或分离,使T围栏复位时产生严重偏移。调整方法为:首先精调活塞自动调平装置钢丝绳的张力,然后使活塞围栏平台的水平度恢复到设计要求,再用千斤顶微调T围栏的偏移量,使活塞围栏平台的水平度偏差和T围栏的偏移量回到正常范围之内。The level degree deviation of piston fence platform of a flexible seal gasholder with 5 × 10^4 m^3 is too large due to uneven tension of wire rope for piston auto-leveling device. When the piston rises or falls, the even contact or separation between the piston fence platform and T fence can not be maintained, which generates a serious shift during T fence reset. The adjusting method is that first the tension of wire rope for piston ：auto-leveling device is finely adjusted, then the level degree of piston fence platform is recovered to the design requirement and the shift of T fence is finely adjusted with a jack, so the level degree deviation of piston fence platform and the shift of T fence are recovered to the normal range.
