聚四氟乙烯、硅油共同改性聚苯乙烯包装材料的研究

摘　　要：采用聚四氟乙烯和二甲基硅油共同降低聚苯乙烯包装材料的表面能,实验证明质量分数为0.4%的PDMS与3%的PTFE共同添加到聚苯乙烯基体树脂中,其表面能降低效果最好,与水的接触角是92°,达到疏水材料的要求,力学性能也较好。改性方法和工艺较简单,有一定的应用和推广价值。PTFE and PDMS were used to reduce the surface energy of polystyrene materials. Experiments show the mass fraction of 0.4% PDMS and 3% of the PTFE compound modified polystyrene which achieve the best effect to reduce the surface energy. Contact angle is 92 °,and meet the requirements of hydrophobic materials,mechanical properties are also better. Modified method and process is simple,have application value and spread value.
