纸浆模塑制品防掉屑方法的研究

摘　　要：对纸浆模塑包装掉屑问题进行探索,通过纸浆纤维改性法和成品表面涂覆两种方法的实验,提出添加阳离子淀粉以及覆膜不适用于纸浆模塑,找出了涂刷水性上光油为效果最优的方法。Modified celluloses fiber and surface coating methods were studied through experiments to solve the crumbing problems of molded pulp. The results showed that add cationic starch or coat film to molded pulp are invalid to solve the problem; the best way to solve crumbing problem is to brush a wate-soluble varnish on the surface.
