摘  要:在对国内外长输管道近十年常用焊接工艺应用基本情况调研的基础上,从焊接工艺的组合情况、匹配的设备及其适应性、适用的焊接材料、施工效率、无损检测情况、接头力学性能、国内相应技术掌握的程度及新工艺技能培训的周期、相应焊接工艺适用的场合、相应焊接材料适合的管材等级等方面进行简要而系统的汇总,并分析了今后应重点推广的焊接工艺,旨在为国内同行提供技术参考。Based on the investigation of applications of welding processes in long-distance pipelines at home and abroad in recent ten years, this paper summarizes briefly and systematically the welding process, equipment and its adaptability, welding consumables, construction efficiency, NDT, mechanical property of joints, comprehensive crew ability of mastering relevant technology at home, new skill training period, the applicable range of relevant welding process, welding consumables suited to pipe material grade, and so on. It also analyzes the welding processes being widely applied in the near future. The purpose of the paper is to provide technical reference for domestic counterparts.
