摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术效果。方法回顾性分析我院2004年6月～2009年6月间施行的156例腹腔镜腹疝囊高位结扎术。结果手术时间9～25min，平均12min；术后住院1～3d，平均2．5d；2例10岁男性患儿分别于术后2个月、5个月复发。结论腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疗是一种安全、有效的术式。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic hernia repair of indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methotis A total of 156 cases underwent laparoscoplc hernia repair at our hospital from June 2004 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Average operative time was 12rain（9 - 25min） ,Average length of stay was 2.5days（ 1 - 3days）. Two recurrences were noted, both were 10-year-old boys, at 2 months or 5 months after the procedure. Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair is a safe and effective procedure for the management of indirect inguinal hernia in children.
