六点始叶螨高效防治剂的室内筛选

摘　　要：采用室内玻片浸渍法测定了8种杀螨剂对六点始叶螨的毒力。结果表明:1.8%阿维菌素.高效氯氰菊酯乳油、1.2%阿维菌素.高效氯氰菊酯乳油、1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油、24.5%阿维菌素.柴油乳油4种杀螨剂的毒力较高,LC50值分别为0.005,0.008,0.013,0.148 mg/L。用上述4种杀螨剂在室内盆栽橡胶苗上进行试验,结果表明:1.8%阿维菌素.高效氯氰菊酯乳油和1.2%阿维菌素.高效氯氰菊酯乳油效果最好,对雌成螨的防效达100%,且速效,杀螨虫态广。Toxicity of 8 miticides to Eotetranychus sexmaculatus was tested by slide-dip method.The result showed that abamectin·beta-cypermethrin 1.8% EC,abamectin·beta-cypermethrin 1.2% EC,emamectin benzoate 1% EC and abamectin·petroleum oil 24.5% EC had higher toxicity with the LC50 of 0.005,0.008,0.013,0.148 mg/L respectively.The 4 miticides mentioned above were tested on pot rubber seedlings（Hevea brasiliensis） in lab.The result showed that abamectin·beta-cypermethrin 1.8% EC and abamectin·beta-cypermethrin 1.2% EC were better with a control effect of 100% against E.sexmaculatus female adult.They were mortal to E.sexmaculatus of different states.
