摘　　要：专利技术宽度概念的提出是从专利宽度对技术影响的角度出发,以突出强调专利的技术内涵,并且专利技术宽度——专利宽度技术属性与上述两方面的研究共同构成专利宽度的研究范式。从专利价值的角度出发来看,较长的专利技术宽度意味着通过技术手段控制市场的能力较强。对我国生物制药行业进行实证研究的结果表明,美国、日本和欧盟的专利技术宽度较长,而我国的专利技术宽度始终排在靠后位置。The concept, technology of patent breadth, lays emphasis on the technological connotation with its influence on the technology, which composes the paradigms of patent breadth with above two ones. From the view of patent value, the longer technology of pa- tent breadth means the stronger in the market with technological control. The investigation in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry in China shows that U. S. , Japan and EU are in the front position, however China is always in the back position.
