参芪益肺汤对尘肺患者运动试验及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参芪益肺汤对尘肺患者6分钟步行试验及肺功能的影响。方法将59例气虚痰瘀型尘肺患者随机分为两组,对照组29例给予西医常规治疗,治疗组30例在西医常规治疗的基础上加服参芪益肺汤,疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后6分钟步行试验及肺功能的变化。结果治疗组6分钟步行试验数据、用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)较治疗前及对照组治疗后均改善(P<0.05)。结论参芪益肺汤可以提高尘肺患者运动耐量及肺通气功能。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Shenqi Yifei Decoction＂ on 6-minute walking test and pulmonary function in patients with ph Methods Fifty-nine cases of pheumoconiosis of qi deficiency with phelgm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group（30 cases） were given conventional therapy of western medicine and ＂Shenqi Yifci Decoction＂, while those in the control group （29 cases） were given conventional therapy of western medicine only. The course of treatment was 3 months. The changes of 6-minute walking test and pulmonary function before and after treatments were measured. Results After treatments, the indexes of 6-minute walking test and FVC%, FEV1% in the treatment group were better than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions ＂Shenqi Yifei Decoction＂ may improve the exercise tolerance and pulmonary ventilation function in patients with pneumoconiosis.
